Becky Mannschreck CCC-SLP
Center Director Brandon + Speech Language Pathologist
Becky earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, as well as Psychology, from the University of Florida in 2002 and her Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida in 2007. After receiving her degree, Becky began working as a speech-language pathologist at Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, where she gained extensive experience in neonatal feeding/swallowing, as well as assessing and treating sensory based and structurally rooted feeding difficulties. Becky is skilled in the evaluation and treatment of various forms of communication disorders for infant, preschool and school-age children including articulation, expressive and receptive language disorders/delays, autism spectrum disorder, oral motor dysfunction, apraxia, fluency, voice, cleft palate, and auditory processing. Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young boys, being outdoors, working out, and shopping.

Jillian Aplebaum MS CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Jillian received her Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Saint Johns University and her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Touro University. Jillian is truly passionate about speech and language therapy, especially when it comes to feeding and swallowing, early language development, and social (pragmatic) language. Jillian enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, paddle boarding, hiking, and trying out new recipes for both cooking and baking.

Allicia Wilfong MA, CF-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow
Ally attended Purdue University for my undergraduate degree and Indiana University for my graduate degree. Ally moved to Tampa, FL in March of 2023. She has clinical experience spanning from pediatrics to adults, but her passion lies in early intervention! Ally absolutely loves play-based therapy and also have a strong interest in pediatric feeding and swallowing. Outside of work, she enjoys taking walks around Tampa and spending time with her fiancé, friends, and family!

Kayla Berrios MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Kayla graduated with her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from NOVA Southeastern University and her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida. Before becoming a certified speech language pathologist, she worked as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLP-A) and Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist (ITDS), where she gained valuable experience working with children of all ages and abilities. Her special interests include early intervention, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and language disorders. She enjoys using evidence-based practices, creative strategies, and family-centered approaches to help children reach their full potential. Outside of work, she loves traveling, reading, spending time with friends and family, and caring for her dog Ellie.

Susan Eckert MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Susan earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University. She has attained NBCOT Certification and has worked with individuals who have a wide range of diagnoses which result in challenges in physical, cognitive, and/or emotional areas of their lives. It is her passion to help her patients maximize their potential to reach their highest level of functioning in order to obtain the best quality of life available to them. When she is not working, Susan enjoys playing tennis, riding her bicycle for long distances, watching sunsets at the beach, and spending time with family and friends

Natalie Donihi, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Originally from Chicago, Natalie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida with her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She has been passionately serving clients of all ages and abilities in the Tampa Bay Area for over 20 years. Natalie offers a wide range of experience in speech, language, and feeding therapies across a variety of settings, and she loves to bring joy to every session. Natalie enjoys connecting with families, serving our community, time with her children, continued learning opportunities, and all things travel.

Amanda Watters MA CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Amanda Watters graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and earned her Master's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from the University of Central Florida. She is passionate about early learning and language development. Amanda's family is from Norway and she enjoys traveling to see them and practicing her Norwegian. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter, reading books, Tampa Bay sports teams, and going to concerts.

Lindsay Edmonds MS, CCC-SLP

Lindsay received her Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from University of South Florida and her Master’s in Speech Language Pathology from the University of South Florida. She is passionate about early speech and language development, phonology and literacy. Lindsay is an annual passholder to both Disney World and Universal Studios. She enjoys reading, spending time with friends/family, and loudly and proudly cheering for the Jacksonville Jaguars

Christine DeCicco MS CCC-SLP

Christine received her Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and her Master's in Speech Language Pathology from the University of South Florida. She is passionate about early speech and language, phonology and Alterative Augmentative Communication (AAC). She enjoys spending time with her family and puppy Sadie, rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles, reading and enjoying time at the beach

Nasrin Akther MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Nasrin graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Family, Youth and Community Sciences and Education and from Nova Southeastern University with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy. Nasrin loves being an occupational therapist as she is fascinated by the growth and recovery she sees one gain in rehabilitation. It is a pure satisfaction to witness when an individual regains their independence! Nasrin love being with my family, friends and people in general. She enjoys traveling and helping others in every chance she gets.

Gabrielle Edrich MS, CCC-SLP

Gabrielle holds a Master's of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from NOVA Southeastern University and Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences & Disorders from the University of Central Florida with a minor in Psychology. Prior to pursuing her degrees, Gabrielle was an ESE teacher aide in early childhood intervention. Gabrielle’s professional interests include neurological disorders, social pragmatics, and autism spectrum disorders. Outside of work Gabrielle enjoys being outdoors, reading new books, and spending time with family and friends.

Amanda received her Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida. Amanda is passionate about all things speech and language, especially early language development, and social (pragmatic) language. Amanda enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and trying new restaurants in the Tampa Bay area.

Nevy Hulse, COTA
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Nevy received her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from State College of Florida. She is registered with the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy and has had the opportunity to complete fieldwork in a variety of settings. Through these experiences, she has acquired the knowledge and academic training to support children with special needs enabling them to reach developmental milestones. Nevy’s skills allow her to empower every family she serves. Nevy has experience working with a multitude of diagnoses and is actively furthering her skill set via continuing education courses. Nevy believes that her family and friends are a gift from God and make life meaningful. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with them, going to church, and shopping for cute outfits!

Nyre Delhall MS, CF-SLP

Nyre Delhall completed her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Brooklyn College and her Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from Jacksonville University. Nyre is LSVT LOUD and MBSIMP certified. She has special interests in pediatric feeding and early intervention (Birth-3) population. As for her hobbies, she enjoys fitness, cooking, hiking, exploring, and traveling.

Alexandra Kcomt MS CF-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow
Alexandra is a recent graduate from Boston University’s Master of Science, Speech-Language Pathology program. She underwent an intensive 6-month externship at Boston Medical Center where she worked closely with pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders in both in-patient and out-patient settings and contributed to research focusing on improving access to feeding resources to underserved populations. Alexandra also received a double Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Anthropology from the University of Florida where she specialized in Medical Anthropology and Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL). Her current interests include pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, multilingual and multicultural considerations in relation to speech-language and feeding therapy, and neurodivergent affirming approaches to therapy. In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys going on runs, drinking coffee, and painting.

Sabine Cabrera BS-SPLA

Sabine received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education & Development from the University of Central Florida in 2018. She was an elementary school teacher for five years in Miami, FL. During her time as a teacher, she was a member of the Florida Education Association, the National Education Association and a member of the Florida Fund for Minority Teachers. In July of 2023, she moved to Brandon to start her career as an SLP-Assistant. She has since begun her master’s degree at Florida State University for Speech Language Pathology. She has a passion for helping children learn and grow every day. Outside of work, she lives in a busy house with her family and four loving dogs. During her off time, she enjoys reading books and spending time with her friends.

Gleydy Nova BS-SLPA

Gleydy went to the University of South Florida and earned her Bachelors of Arts, in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2022. She hopes to gain valuable experience during her time as an Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, to later pursue a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. She always loved interacting and working with children. She grew up volunteering at church events to help with the kids, and studying Early Childhood Education in her high school magnet program. She finds working with children to be very rewarding and fulfilling. On her personal time, Gleydy enjoys taking trips and doing outdoor activities like hiking, white water rafting, and going out on the boat. She especially enjoys escape rooms with friends and family, any sort of puzzle, and playing video games.

Cara Putnam, MOTR/L
Lead Occupational Therapist
Cara Putnam, a seasoned Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience, specializes in pediatric therapy, having earned her undergraduate degree in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University and her Master of Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University. Passionate about supporting families and fostering the growth of fellow OTs, Cara is dedicated to providing fun and meaningful therapy experiences. Cara places a high emphasis on mentoring and educating future Occupational Therapists, driven by a dedication to enhancing the lives of children and equipping their families with the tools and knowledge necessary for leading fulfilling, autonomous lives. Outside of work, Cara cherishes moments with her family, reveling in theme park adventures and beach outings. In her personal time, she finds solace and joy in the world of books, accompanied by the delightful company of her beloved cats.
